Standard turnaround time is 5-10 days from confirmation of sales order and demonstration artwork. For orders that require custom sewn labels, this can extend to up to 15 days during busy periods.
If you have a tighter deadline
We often work to tighter deadlines, depending on our workload at the time and the complexity of your requirements, we can give accurate estimates. Do not hesitate to give us a call free on 01332 203008 to be advised of our current lead times, which can be anywhere between 3 and 10 days.
If you’d like a quote from us, the quickest way is to use our quick quote form. Generally we will respond within 24 hours. If you’d prefer to send an email to info@dsscreenprints.co.uk.co.uk, please make sure to attach your artwork and specify the garment type/colours that you require (along with a size breakdown – 12x Small, 15x Medium, etc). If you need advise, you can call us on 01332 203008. Please note, we cannot provide quotes over the phone.
To ensure your logo is of the highest quality we require an EPS, TIFF or AI File. If you do not have access to these formats please send over pdf, .eps or jpeg. Our artwork team will review the file you have and will advise if an additional redraw is required.
You can order a selection of sizes unless otherwise stated
It shouldn't be an issue. We simply list the most well-known brands to make things easier, although we print on hundreds more brands. We will print it for you as long as we have the blanks. Send us an email, and we'll see what we can accomplish!.
If you wish to change or cancel your order for any reason please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible on 01332 203008 (Mon-Fri 8am-4:00pm). We’ll do everything we can to help, Once your order has been printed or embroidered its not possible to cancel.. Please read the terms page for further information..

You’re more than welcome to come in and have a look around in our showroom. Please make sure you book an appointment in advance, otherwise we can’t guarantee that we will have someone free to see you.

If you have received a discount code this can be entered at the checkout stage of your order, make sure you click apply code this will then change your order total and reflect the discount associated with your code. As our bundle deals are already discounted a code cannot be used in conjunction with a deal.
Plain samples of all of our products are available to order, in fact we recommend this if you are ordering something new. Our samples are charged in full, but can be returned without a restock fee or used as part of a future orders.
Plain garments (no logo) can be returned within 28 days of receiving your order. All items should be returned in their original condition including packaging and tags where available. If you have not requested a return within 28 days of receiving your order we will assume you are keeping the goods and won’t authorise a return. Regretfully as our customised items are bespoke we cannot accept the return of customised items. If your item is faulty please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your goods. Our Customer Support Team may require supporting images for faulty items, please include these in your initial email so we are able to come to a resolution swiftly.
